Otis Taylor is an American blues singer and multi-instrumentalist who was born in Chicago but grew up in Denver where he learned to play and began to perform professionally. After a stint in England, in 1977 he turned his back on music to work as an antiques dealer until 1995 and since then he has released more than a dozen albums playing what he terms 'trance blues'
